2. Eligibility

By using this website, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your business.

3. Products and Services

We offer body worn cameras, law enforcement recorders, related accessories, data collection stations, intelligent helmet recorders, and OEM/ODM customization services. Product descriptions, images, specifications, and availability may change without notice.

4. Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including pricing errors, product availability, compliance concerns, or suspected fraud.

For OEM/ODM or custom orders, order acceptance may depend on:
- specification confirmation,
- sample approval,
- deposit payment,
- artwork or branding approval,
- production feasibility.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website or in quotations are subject to change without notice unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Taxes, duties, customs charges, bank fees, and other import-related costs are generally the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For custom or bulk orders, we may require a deposit before production begins. Final balances must be paid according to the agreed quotation, invoice, or purchase order terms.

6. OEM / ODM / Custom Orders

For OEM, ODM, private label, logo printing, custom packaging, software customization, tooling, or other made-to-order projects:
- MOQ requirements may apply;
- lead times may vary depending on complexity and materials;
- production begins only after confirmation and required payment;
- custom orders are generally non-cancellable once production, tooling, sourcing, printing, or assembly has started;
- custom products are generally non-returnable except in the case of verified manufacturing defects.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. Shipping terms, transfer of risk, and customs obligations may vary depending on the order type and destination. Please see our Shipping Policy for more details.

8. Lawful Use and Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your purchase, importation, possession, deployment, and use of our products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry requirements in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to:
- audio and video recording laws,
- privacy and surveillance laws,
- workplace use rules,
- evidence handling rules,
- wireless, telecom, or radio approvals,
- import and export requirements.

We do not provide legal advice regarding the legality of recording, monitoring, or evidence collection in your jurisdiction.

9. Customer Data and Recordings

Where our products are used to capture audio, video, images, metadata, GPS data, or evidence files, you are solely responsible for lawful collection, storage, handling, access control, retention, deletion, disclosure, and chain-of-custody compliance for such data.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, product layouts, and designs, is owned by or licensed to us unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

Customer-provided trademarks, logos, packaging files, and design materials remain the property of their respective owners. By submitting such materials, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and authorizations.

13. Limitation of Liability
