SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing BodyCameraOEM. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver standard, sample, bulk, and custom OEM/ODM orders.
1. Order Processing Time
Standard in-stock products:
Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days after payment confirmation.
Sample orders:
Sample orders are typically processed within 3-10 business days depending on stock availability, testing requirements, and destination.
Bulk / OEM / ODM / custom orders:
Production lead times vary depending on quantity, customization scope, materials, packaging, firmware requirements, and approval process. Estimated lead times will be communicated in the quotation, order confirmation, or proforma invoice.
2. Shipping Methods
We may use courier, air, sea, rail, or other suitable logistics methods depending on the order type, size, battery restrictions, destination country, and customer preference.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as:
- destination,
- package weight and dimensions,
- shipping method,
- battery-related transport requirements,
- customs and remote-area surcharges.
Unless otherwise agreed, shipping charges are borne by the customer.
4. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
For international orders, the customer is responsible for customs clearance, import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, local certification requirements, and any other charges imposed by the destination country unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
5. Delivery Time Estimates
Any delivery date or transit time provided by us is an estimate only. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, airline restrictions, battery transport rules, weather, public holidays, remote destinations, or other factors outside our control.
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. We are not liable for losses, delays, or extra charges resulting from incorrect shipping details, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or inability to clear customs.
7. Risk of Loss
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the order is handed over to the carrier.
8. Split Shipments
We may ship an order in multiple shipments if needed due to stock availability, packaging constraints, or logistics arrangements.
9. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products containing batteries, wireless modules, or special components may be subject to carrier or destination restrictions. We reserve the right to decline shipment to destinations where transportation, importation, or compliance risks are unreasonable.
10. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears tampered with, please:
- note the issue with the carrier when possible,
- take clear photos of the outer carton and product,

11. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by force majeure events, customs holds, transport disruptions, or carrier-related delays.
