OEM & Custom Order Policy

OEM & CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Effective Date: March 28, 2026

BodyCameraOEM provides OEM, ODM, private label, and deep customization services for body worn cameras, law enforcement recorders, intelligent imaging devices, accessories, and related hardware solutions.

1. Scope of Custom Services

Custom services may include:
- logo printing
- custom packaging
- custom color or housing
- accessory bundling
- firmware or software customization
- feature adjustment
- label and barcode customization
- user manual customization
- tooling and structural development
- PCBA, assembly, and project integration support

2. MOQ and Quotation

MOQ requirements vary depending on the product model, customization complexity, tooling needs, packaging requirements, and component sourcing. Formal quotations remain valid only for the period stated in the quotation.

3. Sample and Approval

For custom projects, sample development, test samples, or pre-production samples may be required. Mass production generally starts only after:
- specification confirmation,
- sample approval,
- branding/artwork approval,
- deposit payment.

4. Deposit and Payment

Custom orders may require a deposit before production. Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed quotation, invoice, or contract terms.

5. Lead Time

Lead times for OEM/ODM orders depend on:
- order quantity,
- customization level,
- component availability,
- packaging requirements,
- approval cycle,
- logistics conditions.

Any timeline provided is an estimate unless expressly confirmed in writing.

6. Customer Materials and IP

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all logos, artwork, trademarks, packaging content, and design files supplied to us do not infringe the rights of third parties. The customer bears full responsibility for any claims arising from customer-supplied materials.

7. Tooling and Development

Where molds, tooling, engineering, NRE, software customization, or special development are involved, additional charges may apply. Ownership and delivery of tooling, source materials, engineering outputs, or custom developments shall be governed by the specific written agreement for the project.

8. Cancellation and Changes

Once sourcing, engineering, tooling, printing, or production has started, custom orders cannot be freely canceled or changed. Any approved change may affect price, lead time, and production planning.

9. Returns

Custom orders, OEM orders, ODM orders, logo products, private-label products, and made-to-order products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable except for verified manufacturing defects or non-conformity with the agreed written specifications.

10. Warranty

Custom products are covered under our Warranty Policy, subject to agreed specifications and approved design scope.
