RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At BodyCameraOEM, we stand behind the quality of our products. Because our store serves both standard product buyers and OEM/ODM business customers, return eligibility depends on the order type.
1. Return Eligibility for Standard Products
For standard, non-customized products purchased directly from our website, you may request a return within 14 calendar days after delivery if:
- the item is unused,
- the item is in original condition,
- the item is in original packaging,
- all accessories, manuals, protective films, and included parts are complete,
- the product is suitable for resale.
Returns must be approved by us in advance. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery and provide:
- order number,
- product model,
- serial number if available,
- photos or videos showing the issue,
- packaging photos where relevant.
After verification, we may offer repair, replacement, partial refund, or return authorization, depending on the situation.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law:
- OEM / ODM / private label / logo-printed products
- custom packaging, custom firmware, custom software, custom accessories, or made-to-order items
- bulk production orders manufactured to customer specifications
- products returned without prior authorization
- used, activated, abused, modified, or damaged products
- items with missing accessories, broken seals, or damaged packaging not caused by us
- downloadable software, licenses, or service fees
- clearance items, discounted final-sale items, or special-order items unless defective
4. Restocking Fee
Approved returns for non-defective standard products may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, insurance, and safe packaging. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
6. Cancellation Policy
Standard orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it is subject to this Return & Refund Policy.
For OEM/ODM/custom orders, cancellation is generally not allowed after any of the following has occurred:
- deposit payment,
- artwork approval,
- tooling start,
- material procurement,
- test sample approval,
- production start.
Any approved cancellation of a custom order may be subject to non-refundable charges for labor, tooling, materials, engineering, packaging, testing, and other costs already incurred.
7. Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, subject to payment provider processing times.
8. Return Procedure
